Admission Requirements
Scoop’s Early Learning Schoolhouse welcomes all families and does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
To enroll your child, the following items are required:
Required Enrollment Documents
✔ Completed enrollment packet
✔ State-issued birth certificate
✔ Physical and immunization record
✔ Proof of residency
✔ Emergency contacts and authorized pick-up list
Optional & Program-Based Requirements
✔ Toilet training (age-dependent)
✔ Optional extended evening care based on Block Scheduling availability
Family Expectations
✔ Follow center policies and procedures
✔ Maintain open communication with teachers and administration
✔ Support a positive, faith-based learning environment
