Notes

• Membership fees are non-refundable.
   
• Membership is not required for Full-Time enrollment.
   
• Bundle credits can only be used while membership is active.

• Mini Block – 2 hours – $25
• Half Block – 3 hours – $35
• Full Block – 4 hours – $45
• Full Day (up to 9 hours) – $60

Bundles can be used anytime within 90 days of purchase or during the same semester (Spring, Summer, or Fall).

 Families can reserve up to two consecutive blocks per day (maximum of 8 hours).
If care is needed beyond two blocks, the Full-Day Rate applies.
Evening Care (6–8 PM) is available with pre-registration.

🌅 Early Block              6:00 AM – 8:00 AM      Great for early drop-offs before work or school. 

☀️ Morning Block       8:00 AM – 12:00 PM    Core learning and enrichment activities.

🍎 Midday Block         12:00 PM – 3:00 PM    Lunch, rest time, and creative play.

🌈 Afternoon Block    3:00 PM – 6:00 PM       Outdoor play and end-of-day learning fun.

🌙 Evening Block         6:00 PM – 8:00 PM      Optional extended care (must be pre-registered). 

We understand that every family has different needs, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options to fit your busy lifestyle.  

1-2-Year-Olds – $275/week
• 3–5-Year-Olds – $200/week
• Before & After School – $75/week
• Extended Evening – 6–8 PM available at additional cost  

  For families who prefer a consistent schedule, Scoop’s offers a Semester Enrollment Plan.
Semester enrollment guarantees your child’s spot for the full season and includes priority placement over flexible drop-in families.

Semester Terms:

• Spring: January – May
   
• Summer: June – August
   
• Fall: September – December
   

Families enrolled by semester are billed monthly or for the full term, regardless of attendance, to hold their child’s placement.  This plan is ideal for families who need steady childcare while keeping flexibility for travel or breaks.

Semester enrollment ensures care availability and stability while maintaining our small class sizes.

We accept the following payment methods for childcare tuition:

• CCDF (Child Care Development Fund) Vouchers – accepted for eligible families
   
• Private Pay – debit, credit, or electronic payment
